Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for logistics and inventory accuracy? Tatalogam Lestari is looking for a dedicated Stock Administrator to join our team in Balikpapan. In this role, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations, ensuring that the flow of materials is documented, tracked, and organized with absolute precision.
As our Stock Administrator, you will oversee the critical balance between supply and demand, maintaining real-time inventory records and optimizing storage efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor daily movement of inventory (inbound and outbound) with high accuracy.
- Perform regular stock opname and reconciliation against system data.
- Prepare and update daily/weekly inventory reports for management review.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure stock availability.
- Implement and maintain standardized storage protocols and inventory labeling systems.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse facility to support safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Logistics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and inventory management software (ERP).
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced industrial environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to be based in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur.
