We are seeking a meticulous Stock Controller to join our dynamic logistics team in Jakarta Raya. As a key player in our supply chain operations, you'll ensure seamless inventory management by monitoring stock movements, reconciling physical counts with system data, and optimizing warehouse efficiency. This critical role requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to implement robust inventory control systems that minimize discrepancies and maximize operational accuracy. You'll collaborate closely with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels, prevent overstocking or stockouts, and support our commitment to delivering exceptional service. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and document all incoming and outgoing stock movements
- Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system data
- Implement and maintain accurate inventory control procedures
- Generate inventory reports and analyze stock turnover metrics
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock optimization
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in inventory management or stock control
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of FIFO/LIFO inventory valuation methods
- Experience with warehouse management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/logistics environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
