Synergy Lestari Group is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our dynamic team in Makassar. This critical role ensures the accuracy of film product inventory, directly supporting seamless business operations across our manufacturing, transportation, and logistics divisions. As a key player in our supply chain, you'll maintain optimal stock levels, minimize discrepancies, and contribute to operational efficiency.
In this position, you'll implement robust inventory control systems, conduct regular stock audits, and collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align inventory strategies with business demands. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision directly impacts customer satisfaction and cost management.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage film product inventory with real-time accuracy
- Conduct comprehensive stock audits and cycle counts
- Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory rotation protocols
- Generate daily/weekly inventory reports and variance analyses
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for stock movements
- Optimize reorder points and safety stock levels
- Maintain digital inventory records using ERP/WMS systems
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in stock control or inventory management
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP/Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, PivotTables
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Knowledge of manufacturing/logistics operations
- Relevant degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration
- Experience in FMCG or automotive film industry preferred
