Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inventory levels and stock rotation for culinary ingredients and supplies
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely material availability
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles for perishable goods
- Collaborate with logistics team for efficient warehouse operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in warehouse/inventory management
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 25kg) and work in varied temperatures
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
