Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and record daily inventory levels accurately using warehouse management systems.
- Perform regular stock counts and reconciliation to ensure zero variance in inventory data.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for quality and quantity compliance.
- Organize warehouse shelving and storage areas to optimize space and material accessibility.
- Prepare and pick stock for production lines or outgoing shipments according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or stock shortages to the warehouse supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, stock keeping, or inventory management roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high precision.
- Basic proficiency in using computer systems or handheld scanners for inventory tracking.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy items and spend extended time on the warehouse floor.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards is a significant advantage.
- Discipline, integrity, and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
