- Conduct systematic physical inventory counts across multiple warehouse locations
- Analyze and reconcile inventory discrepancies between physical counts and system records
- Investigate root causes of stock variances and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain accurate documentation of audit findings and reconciliation reports
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to implement inventory control improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for inventory management
- Identify opportunities for process optimization in stock handling and tracking
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory auditing or stock counting roles
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Understanding of manufacturing and logistics processes
