Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily stock counting, receiving, and dispatching activities to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of stockers and checkers, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform rigorous quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods to minimize damage and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to streamline warehouse workflows and improve throughput efficiency.
- Maintain well-organized storage areas and enforce safety protocols throughout the warehouse facility.
- Generate and analyze daily inventory reports to identify trends, stock shortages, or operational bottlenecks.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Open to fresh graduates with strong organizational leadership experience (e.g., student committees or organizations).
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to handle inventory data.
- Leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a non-shift professional environment.
- Proficient in basic inventory software or Microsoft Office (Excel) is highly preferred.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
