As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, providing in-depth technical advice to help them make informed decisions, and maintaining an organized, inviting store environment. You will play a key role in driving sales through your product knowledge and friendly demeanor, while also ensuring that store standards, cleanliness, and inventory levels are consistently upheld.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide immediate assistance with product inquiries and selection.
- Offer in-depth technical advice and product recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction and sales.
- Arrange and maintain attractive product displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
- Monitor stock levels and restock shelves to ensure product availability.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe for customers and staff.
- Assist in processing transactions accurately at the point of sale.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10kg).
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology.
- A friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
