Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
- Monitor and maintain store shelves, ensuring products are fully stocked, faced, and correctly priced.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming inventory and merchandise.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including aisles, checkout areas, and stockrooms.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, health, and safety regulations during operational hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or as a cashier is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the store schedule.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a reliable team player.
