Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
  • Monitor and maintain store shelves, ensuring products are fully stocked, faced, and correctly priced.
  • Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming inventory and merchandise.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including aisles, checkout areas, and stockrooms.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Adhere to all company policies, health, and safety regulations during operational hours.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or as a cashier is highly advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the store schedule.
