Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
  • Restock shelves regularly, ensuring products are displayed neatly and price labels are accurate.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock counts.
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately when needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including aisles and display areas.
  • Monitor store security and report any suspicious activities or safety hazards to the supervisor.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and operational goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/O-Level qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and inventory counting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of organization.
