- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
- Restock shelves regularly, ensuring products are displayed neatly and price labels are accurate.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock counts.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately when needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including aisles and display areas.
- Monitor store security and report any suspicious activities or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/O-Level qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and inventory counting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of organization.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
