Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for aviation logistics? Travira Air is seeking a dedicated Store Keeper to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Timur. In this role, you will play a critical part in our mission to ensure the safety and reliability of our aircraft by managing our inventory of high-value materials and spare parts with precision and efficiency.
As our Store Keeper, you will operate at the intersection of supply chain excellence and aviation safety. You will be responsible for maintaining rigorous standards in stock control, ensuring that every component is tracked, stored, and issued in full compliance with aviation regulations and company safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing aircraft spare parts and consumables.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure 100% stock accuracy in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Ensure all materials are handled and stored according to aviation safety protocols and manufacturer recommendations.
- Prepare, verify, and document all delivery orders, goods receipts, and shipment manifests accurately.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement department for timely replenishment of critical parts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Execute inspections on incoming materials to ensure they meet quality and certification requirements (e.g., Form 1/C of C).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within the aviation, manufacturing, or automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory control software and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of dangerous goods handling and safety regulations.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and organizing heavy aircraft components.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English for technical documentation.
