Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment
- Analyze sales data and develop action plans to address performance gaps
- Ensure store compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual standards
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain high satisfaction levels
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in retail management, preferably in technology or electronics
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail operations
