Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and consultation to customers regarding health, wellness, and beauty products.
- Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Assist in the management of store inventory, including ordering, stocking, and organizing products.
- Ensure the store environment meets strict hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and participate in promotional activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, or a related field.
- Hold a valid Indonesian Pharmacist License (NPP).
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a retail pharmacy or related environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
