Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure a welcoming, organized environment for customers.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain high performance.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and implement loss prevention strategies.
- Monitor daily sales reports and financial performance to ensure budget adherence.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met to reflect the brand's identity.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for store improvement and growth.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the retail industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in inventory management software.
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
