You will be responsible for overseeing inventory activities, ensuring impeccable stock control, and managing storage operations to keep our daily production and service running smoothly. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily inventory activities, including receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods.
- Perform regular stock counts and reconciliation to ensure 100% accuracy in our inventory management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse/storage environment at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and proactively report low-stock items to management for replenishment.
- Ensure all goods are rotated properly using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method to maintain product quality.
- Prepare stock reports and assist in documentation for administrative audits.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to facilitate smooth distribution of supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or stock management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Basic proficiency in using Microsoft Office or computerized inventory systems.
- Strong physical stamina, as the role involves lifting and moving inventory items.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Badung, Bali.
