Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and implementation of the company's comprehensive strategic plan and business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate organizational performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal data to identify growth opportunities.
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment across departments.
- Review and optimize business processes for maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Report on strategic performance and strategic risks to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in strategic management, business consulting, or executive leadership roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Experience in the manufacturing or multi-product industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools, MS Office Suite, and ERP systems.
