Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for mining equipment, materials, and services
- Negotiate favorable contracts and terms while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes from requisition to payment
- Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships for long-term partnerships
- Analyze market trends and pricing to optimize procurement strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations to prevent shortages
- Ensure adherence to ethical procurement standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record of cost reduction
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite (Excel, SAP)
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
