Shopee is seeking a highly strategic and analytical professional to join our Operations team as a Strategic Project Manager - Warehouse. As a key player in our logistics ecosystem, you will oversee the end-to-end operational process, from the moment a buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform to the final delivery. Our goal is to create a seamless, efficient, and customer-centric experience, and you will be at the forefront of driving these initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying bottlenecks, designing process improvements, and managing complex projects that enhance warehouse efficiency and inventory management. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Product, and Sales, to implement scalable solutions that support Shopee's rapid growth in Southeast Asia.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end strategic projects focused on warehouse optimization, layout design, and inventory flow.
- Oversee operational processes to ensure high efficiency, accuracy, and speed in order fulfillment and logistics.
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Regional Ops) to implement technology upgrades and process automation.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely delivery of operational initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, quality control measures, and local regulations within the warehouse environment.
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to monitor operational performance and team adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain management, or project management within the e-commerce or logistics industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using ERP/WMS systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying operational challenges.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies is a plus.
