Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to reduce operational costs while maintaining high quality standards.
- Lead contract negotiations with vendors and principals to secure competitive pricing, favorable payment terms, and robust service level agreements (SLAs).
- Perform continuous market analysis to identify potential suppliers, emerging trends, and supply chain risks.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with existing stakeholders, ensuring consistent product availability and communication.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance through regular audits and KPI tracking.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Production, Logistics, Finance) to ensure inventory levels meet operational demands.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage complex commercial agreements.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail for financial and contract review.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
