In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for end-to-end procurement processes, from identifying reliable global and local suppliers to ensuring that every purchase order is executed with precision. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and onboard reliable suppliers that meet organizational quality and cost standards.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including Purchase Order (PO) issuance, tracking, and final delivery verification.
- Conduct rigorous supplier evaluations and performance audits to ensure consistent compliance with company requirements.
- Lead contract and price negotiations to secure favorable terms and cost reductions without compromising quality.
- Monitor supply chain lead times and proactively resolve bottlenecks to prevent operational delays.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and leverage ERP systems for real-time inventory and delivery tracking.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to provide actionable insights for procurement cost optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of procurement principles, supply chain risk management, and contract law.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term vendor relationships.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP/Procurement software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make quick, informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
