Keywords Studios is a global leader in audiovisual translation, localization, and content services. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Subtitle Editor, Technician & QC Specialist to join our Pasig City team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality media experiences to clients worldwide.
You will be responsible for performing full technical Quality Control (QC) on subtitle files, ensuring accuracy and synchronization for both English and non-English content. Your work involves meticulous editing, timecoding, and troubleshooting subtitle formats to meet strict industry standards. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure that every project meets our rigorous quality benchmarks.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform full technical QC on English and non-English subtitle files to ensure accuracy and synchronization.
- Edit and time subtitles to match audio precisely according to client specifications.
- Troubleshoot and correct technical issues related to subtitle formats and players.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments regarding file status, requirements, and discrepancies.
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to strict style guides and formatting rules.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and detailed QC reports.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent command of the English language and a good understanding of grammar and syntax.
- Proficiency in using subtitle editing software (e.g., Subtitle Edit, Aegisub).
- Basic knowledge of video file formats (SRT, VTT, ASS) and encoding standards.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly and accurately.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
