Icon Creative is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Supervisi & Quality Check specialist to join our manufacturing team in Palembang. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the integrity and high-performance standards of our Carbon Kevlar production line. You will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring that every piece meets our stringent quality benchmarks, and leading the team to achieve daily output targets with precision.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in manufacturing or composite material handling and has a keen eye for detail. You will be the bridge between technical design specifications and the final product, ensuring that all Carbon Kevlar components are manufactured to the highest aesthetic and structural standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily production workflow of Carbon Kevlar components to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous quality inspections at various stages of production to identify defects or non-conformity.
- Ensure that all products adhere to technical specifications, safety protocols, and company quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the shop floor team to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Document quality control reports and track production metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues in real-time to minimize waste and downtime.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure raw material availability for uninterrupted production.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; technical degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in quality control, supervision, or manufacturing, preferably with composite materials.
- Strong understanding of Carbon Kevlar material properties and finishing processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify subtle manufacturing flaws.
- Ability to lead and communicate effectively with production teams.
- Proficiency in using basic measuring tools and quality assessment equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict production deadlines.
