We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Supervisor to join our growing operations team in Jakarta Barat. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for guiding your team to ensure all daily activities strictly adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive to not only maintain operational excellence but also actively contribute to strategies that increase overall revenue and business growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of employees to achieve daily and monthly operational goals.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards across all operations.
- Analyze daily performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.
- Coordinate closely with other departments to streamline workflows and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and resource allocation to minimize waste, reduce costs, and maximize asset utilization.
- Conduct regular training sessions and briefings to keep the team updated on best practices and new procedures.
- Prepare and present comprehensive operational reports to senior management regarding team performance and revenue targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and resolve conflicts.
- Proven track record of improving team performance and successfully increasing revenue (omset) for the business.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Proficient in using standard office software and reporting tools.
- Willingness to work in a challenging environment located in Jakarta Barat.
