Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations and fleet management activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Supervise and mentor a team of warehouse staff or drivers, conducting regular performance reviews and training sessions.
- Monitor daily KPIs and productivity reports to identify areas for improvement and operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and legal compliance standards.
- Resolve operational issues and logistical challenges promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales and inventory, to align shipping schedules with business needs.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipping manifests, logs, and inventory levels.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or transport operations.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team coordination.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, such as Microsoft Office and logistics management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing operational requirements.
- Valid driving license (often preferred for logistics roles).
