We are currently seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Supervisor Apprentices at our Lotus, Lukut branch in Negeri Sembilan. This program is designed for ambitious candidates who are looking to kickstart their career in retail management and leadership.
As a Supervisor Apprentice, you will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Managers to learn the ropes of store operations, inventory management, and customer service excellence. You will be exposed to real-world retail scenarios, gaining hands-on experience that will pave the way for future leadership roles within our organization. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment and inventory audits to minimize shrinkage.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Support the training and supervision of junior staff and sales associates.
- Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, visual merchandising, and organization.
- Handle cashier duties, including accurate processing of payments and reconciliation of daily sales.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional activities and sales drives.
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience is required; however, a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and stock counts.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school certificate or equivalent qualification.
