Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and visual standards
- Learn and implement customer service protocols and complaint resolution techniques
- Participate in team training sessions and leadership development workshops
- Support in staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and coaching activities
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational procedures
- Shadow senior supervisors to understand multi-store management systems
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with minimum 3 credits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn retail systems
- Punctual with strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Interest in retail operations and customer service
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Malaysian citizen with valid work permit
