Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Learn and implement customer service standards while handling customer inquiries and feedback
- Participate in staff training sessions and shadow experienced supervisors on leadership techniques
- Contribute to sales targets through upselling, promotions, and product knowledge demonstrations
- Monitor store performance metrics and assist in implementing improvement strategies
- Adhere to safety protocols, loss prevention measures, and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with strong academic performance
- Passion for retail and eagerness to develop leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office applications
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Team player with strong organizational and time management skills
