Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations and workflow management.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment and shelving.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Train and guide new staff members on product knowledge and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in processing sales transactions and handling cash registers accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/SPM-V or Diploma in any field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy.
