The Supervisor Apprentice Program is a structured career-advancement initiative designed to groom future retail leaders. As an apprentice, you will undergo intensive on-the-job training, mastering the ins and outs of retail management, stock control, customer service excellence, and team management. Successful graduates of the program will be fast-tracked into supervisory and management positions within MR.DIY's vast network.

Tanggung Jawab
- Undergo intensive training in daily store operations, inventory management, and merchandise planning.
- Assist store leadership in supervising floor staff, managing team schedules, and optimizing staff productivity.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, handling inquiries and resolving customer complaints efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure accurate inventory counts and visual merchandising.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliations.
- Enforce compliance with company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Strong leadership qualities, communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin speakers will have an added advantage.
