Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in all aspects of store operations including merchandising, stock replenishment, and floor maintenance.
- Assist in the supervision of frontline staff to ensure optimal service standards are maintained at all times.
- Manage inventory records, including receiving shipments, tagging items, and conducting periodic stock audits.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Support the Store Manager in daily reporting, sales analysis, and staff scheduling activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and operational guidelines.
- Train and mentor junior staff members on product knowledge and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Retail, or a related field is a strong advantage.
- Fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn and grow in the retail industry are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with customers and team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with a high level of integrity and professional work ethic.
- Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays as per the retail shift schedule.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) is a plus.
