Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily management of store operations and ensure a smooth workflow.

- Lead by example in maintaining high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising.
- Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue growth.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
