Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow.
- Learn and execute inventory management protocols, including stock receiving, replenishment, and cycle counts.
- Support the store team in maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, planogram compliance, and overall store cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handle escalations, and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Help train, guide, and motivate store associates to achieve daily sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Monitor and manage cash handling procedures, daily sales reporting, and opening/closing store duties.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Demonstrated strong passion for the retail industry and a genuine desire to develop leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and highly adaptable with a strong willingness to learn.
- Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Based in or willing to commute/relocate to Taman Ampangan, Seremban.
