Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily store operations including inventory control, merchandising, and stock management
- Support team supervision through staff training, scheduling, and performance coaching
- Implement customer service standards and resolve escalated customer inquiries
- Monitor sales performance and execute promotional campaigns in assigned store
- Collaborate with store manager on operational improvements and loss prevention
- Train on MR.DIY's product knowledge and sales techniques
- Prepare daily operational reports and performance analytics
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with minimum 3 credits
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Passion for retail and interest in management development
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Physical ability to handle store operations including stock movement
