As an Apprentice Supervisor, you will be immersed in the daily operations of a high-volume retail environment. You will work closely with the store management team to ensure operational excellence, inventory control, and exceptional customer service. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Learn and execute inventory management procedures, including stock replenishment, checking, and organizing.
- Support the training and supervision of part-time staff, providing guidance on customer service standards.
- Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to enhance brand reputation.
- Participate in merchandising activities to optimize product displays and drive sales.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or SPM/STPM holders with a strong interest in retail and business management.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong leadership potential and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic computer literacy is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
