We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supervisor Compensation & Benefit to join our strategic Human Resources team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced C&B professional to take complete ownership of our total rewards strategy and drive competitive compensation initiatives.
In this key role, you will oversee the end-to-end payroll cycle, design robust remuneration frameworks, and administer comprehensive benefit programs. You will be the trusted authority on all C&B matters, providing expert guidance to leadership and employees. Your strategic recommendations will directly influence employee satisfaction, retention, and our competitive edge in the Jakarta market.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute the complete monthly payroll cycle, ensuring strict compliance with Indonesian tax (PPh 21) and labor regulations.
- Design, review, and implement competitive salary structures, bonus schemes, and incentive programs.
- Administer employee benefits (BPJS, insurance, allowances) and manage vendor relationships.
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure overall compensation competitiveness.
- Prepare and monitor HR budgets, providing detailed analytics and strategic reports to senior management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all C&B inquiries, resolving complex employee issues with discretion.
- Drive continuous process improvements and ensure strict adherence to company policies and local labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, tax regulations (PPh 21), and BPJS administration.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with a meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Professional certifications in Compensation & Benefits or HR Management (e.g., CHRP, CHRA) are highly desirable.
