Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the corrugator machine production team to achieve daily output targets.
- Ensure the corrugator machine operates at peak performance through regular monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Maintain strict quality control standards for corrugated board production to minimize waste.
- Enforce workplace safety (K3) protocols and ensure all team members follow operational procedures.
- Manage shift scheduling, employee performance, and team coordination.
- Analyze production data and machine downtime reports to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff for preventative machine maintenance and repairs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a corrugated manufacturing environment, specifically with corrugator machinery.
- Possess strong leadership capabilities and experience managing production teams.
- Deep technical understanding of corrugator operation, setup, and troubleshooting.
- Strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in production reporting and inventory management systems.
- Willing to work on a contract basis in Jakarta Utara.
