Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow and high operational efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor a team of staff members, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
- Ensure strict compliance with government regulations, internal policies, and safety standards at all times.
- Handle and resolve escalated complaints or issues from the public or stakeholders professionally and promptly.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on operational activities, budgets, and team performance to senior management.
- Coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless communication and successful project execution.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with data management protocols and filing systems.
- Participate in planning meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Public Management, or a relevant field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the government or public sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- In-depth knowledge of local government procedures, administrative protocols, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and job management software.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism.
