Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily distribution operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Evaluate existing delivery processes to identify bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement actionable improvement plans to enhance productivity and service levels.
- Manage and mentor distribution staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery speed, cost, and order accuracy.
- Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure seamless product flow and stock availability.
- Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and company distribution policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in distribution, logistics, or warehouse supervision.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement process improvements.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing frontline teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to be based in Surabaya and manage operational shifts as required.
