Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and workflow of the Drop Center to ensure timely processing and dispatch of packages.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff and drivers to maintain high productivity levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock accuracy within the drop center.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and security measures to protect company assets and personnel.
- Coordinate with the central management to report daily performance, challenges, and operational needs.
- Ensure customer service standards are met by resolving any immediate issues related to shipments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and computer applications.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A) is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
