Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations at the drop point, ensuring efficient workflow and timely processing of goods
- Manage and motivate a team of warehouse/logistics staff, providing guidance and support
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure smooth loading and unloading of goods
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and operational procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse management
- Proven leadership experience with team management responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and logistics software
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in logistics operations
