Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all formulation development activities
- Lead R&D teams in designing and optimizing product formulations
- Conduct formulation stability testing and performance validation
- Ensure compliance with GMP and pharmaceutical regulatory standards
- Collaborate with production teams for seamless scale-up processes
- Evaluate formulation efficacy through analytical testing protocols
- Develop technical documentation and regulatory submission packages
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related scientific field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation development
- Proven leadership experience managing R&D teams
- Expertise in formulation techniques and stability testing
- Familiarity with GMP and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and project management skills
