Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily formulation production schedule to ensure output targets are achieved consistently.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise production staff to maintain high performance, safety, and morale.
- Monitor the weighing, mixing, and processing stages to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular quality checks and address deviations immediately to minimize waste and rework.
- Maintain detailed production logs, inventory records, and safety documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Optimize production line performance through continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
- Ensure that the production area adheres to 5S, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), and GMP standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically within a formulation or mixing unit.
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of formulation machinery and industrial production workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems for production reporting and inventory management (e.g., ERP systems).
- Strong commitment to workplace safety regulations and industrial hygiene standards.
