- Manage the daily operations of the BEUTEA Icon City outlet, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of service crew to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Enforce strict quality control standards for beverages, ingredients, and equipment.
- Oversee inventory management, stock ordering, and minimize wastage.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally.
- Create staff schedules, manage attendance, and assist with recruitment.
- Monitor sales figures, prepare reports, and implement strategies to achieve KPIs.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in the F&B or retail sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Malay, Mandarin is a plus).
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must be based in Penang or willing to relocate.
