Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily import operations to ensure timely and compliant processing of shipments
- Oversee preparation and submission of customs documentation, permits, and compliance paperwork
- Manage and mentor import operations team members, fostering skill development and performance
- Coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and carriers to resolve operational issues
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular audits of import procedures and documentation accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in import/export operations with supervisory exposure
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and international trade compliance
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and develop teams
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., ERP systems) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
- Strong stakeholder communication and negotiation skills
