Cikarang Dry Port, a premier integrated logistics hub, is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Supervisor Maintenance Engineer to lead our technical operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance, safety, and reliability of our facility's infrastructure, including electrical systems, power generation, and heavy-duty machinery.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and possesses a deep understanding of preventive maintenance strategies. The successful candidate will ensure that our operations run without interruption, maintaining the highest safety standards while optimizing the efficiency of our electrical and mechanical assets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily maintenance activities for transformers, generators, MDP (Main Distribution Panels), and pumping systems.
- Lead a team of technicians in executing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize operational downtime.
- Monitor and troubleshoot 3-phase electrical systems to ensure safety compliance and optimal performance.
- Maintain and service heavy equipment, ensuring all machinery operates within manufacturer specifications.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address urgent technical repairs and facility maintenance needs.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure all maintenance procedures adhere to K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards.
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance logs, inventory reports, and equipment performance documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory maintenance role within a manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environment.
- Strong expertise in 3-phase electrical systems, power distribution, and heavy machinery maintenance.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate technical staff.
- Proficient in troubleshooting industrial mechanical and electrical components.
- Willingness to work in a high-demand, 24/7 logistics operational environment.
