Wilmar is a leading global agribusiness group, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Supervisor Maintenance Palm Oil Mill to join our operations in Sumatera Selatan. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical reliability and operational efficiency of our palm oil processing facility. You will lead a dedicated team to ensure that all maintenance activities align with safety standards, production targets, and company quality requirements.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily maintenance activities to ensure high mill availability and reliability.
- Execute and optimize preventative and predictive maintenance schedules for all milling equipment.
- Manage a team of technicians and contractors, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed during all maintenance tasks.
- Analyze equipment failures and performance bottlenecks to implement long-term corrective actions.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement to ensure critical components are available.
- Prepare detailed reports on maintenance costs, equipment uptime, and production efficiency for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations across all operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in maintenance supervision, specifically within a palm oil mill environment.
- Strong understanding of palm oil processing plant business flows and equipment maintenance standards.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of technical personnel.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to equipment maintenance.
- Willingness to be based in remote or semi-remote locations in Sumatera Selatan.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and technical English.
