Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping of e-commerce inventory
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and operational efficiency procedures
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Resolve operational issues and ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate documentation of warehouse activities and inventory reports
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in e-commerce or logistics
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing warehouse teams
- Ability to optimize warehouse processes for efficiency and cost reduction
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
