- Oversee and coordinate daily operational workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, conducting regular performance reviews and training sessions.
- Ensure strict compliance with company safety protocols, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate closely with the supply chain team to prevent stock shortages.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Handle daily administrative tasks related to operations reporting and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an operations or supervisory role within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using operational software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local regulations regarding safety and operational compliance.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal) is a plus.
