Are you a dedicated operations leader looking to make a tangible impact on environmental sustainability? WASTE HUBS INDONESIA is seeking a highly organized Supervisor Operational (Warehouse) to oversee our plastic waste processing activities in Bandung.
In this pivotal role, you will manage the entire operational workflow, ensuring the efficient receipt, sorting, and processing of materials. You will lead a team of warehouse staff, optimize operational workflows, and ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and plastic waste processing workflows from material receipt to final dispatch.
- Manage material inspection, inventory tracking, and documentation for incoming and outgoing waste.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of warehouse personnel to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety regulations, environmental handling protocols, and company policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of processed materials to clients.
- Monitor equipment performance and schedule necessary maintenance to prevent downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or operations management.
- Proven experience in the manufacturing or waste management industry is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and drive performance.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is an advantage.
