Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate the production planning process to align with company objectives and customer demand.
- Monitor daily production schedules and capacity utilization to ensure on-time delivery.
- Analyze production data, inventory levels, and lead times to forecast requirements accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement and logistics, to resolve bottlenecks and material shortages.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and ISO regulations.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide training and mentorship to the planning team.
- Implement continuous improvement (Kaizen) strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Valid driving license is a plus.
